The intelligent manufacturing workshop cooperates with Hong Kong productivity. According to the German Industry 4.0 framework proposal, the workshop is quite a small intelligent manufacturing processing plant. It consists of management office-manufacturing departmentworkshop-tool management center-testing center-intelligent warehouse-manufacturing equipment -transmission equipment-fixture center-control center-monitoring center, etc. It include six sets of equipment, one CNC lathe, one five-axis machining center, two vertical machining centers, two horizontal machining centers, and one robot. The main products are cuboid parts such as motor seats, bearing seats, and nut seats for machine tools, realizing personalized production of small and medium-sized special-shaped parts. MES is jointly developed by Hong Kong Productivity and us. All actions are uniformly deployed by MES to realize real-time deployment of production lines, real-time data collection, and real-time monitoring; data is processed and analyzed by Hong Kong Productivity Data Center to realize some intelligent functions, each bearing seat and motor temperature detection, current detection. According to data analysis it can realize preventive fault alarm, including tool life, and management method is monitoring tool durability or wear and damage status by time and current. What is the charge of installing and commissioning?
Most of machines you can install well according to our drawing.
For some machines, it need our technician to go to your local site and help you install and commission machines.
At the same time, our technician will train your workers, it will table about 7~15days for different machines.
The return air-tickets, accommodation, food, salary (USD100.00/day for each technician), etc will be born by the end-user.
