The heavy-duty tilting shaft adopts imported brand worm gear, which is wear-resistant and has high precision.
The tilting axis, rotating axis and supporting axis all adopt encircling hydraulic brake mechanism.
The spindle configuration scheme is flexible, it can be matched with the conventional BT40 direct-coupled spindle, or the built-in electric spindle with a speed up to 20000r/min (BBT40 or HSK A63 tool holder). What is the charge of installing and commissioning?

For some machines, it need our technician to go to your local site and help you install and commission machines.
At the same time, our technician will train your workers, it will table about 7~15days for different machines.
The return air-tickets, accommodation, food, salary (USD100.00/day for each technician), etc will be born by the end-user.
